This 60-minute workshop helps parents gain confidence in their ability to guide their children through ADHD challenges. It equips them with practical strategies to manage daily behaviours and enhance communication with their child. By nurturing an ADHD-friendly relationship, parents can improve family dynamics, reduce stress, and cultivate a positive atmosphere where their child can thrive. I also explain how parents can collaborate more effectively with teachers and school staff, ensuring their child receives the support needed both at home and in the classroom. The workshop is followed by a question and answer session for parents.
